I started my professional practice in 1988 offering massage services at a sports club in Franklin, Michigan.  After graduating from Northwestern University I went back to my hometown Detroit and took a big interest in a holistic approach to health and healing.  I studied diet, yoga, Alexander Technique, homeopathy, aromatherapy and massage therapy.  My practice is a unique blend as I integrate many techniques learned over several decades in the practice of massage therapy. 

At present I utilize  Manual Lymph Drainage, cranio-sacral therapy, Reiki, Marnitz and carefully chosen orthopedic techniques that address each person’s needs at the time of service.
